In order to maintain a great relationship with the customers, I am developing a set of policies and procedures for Prada's Professional Cleaning Services. It is my hope that this will assist in maintaining clear channels of communication which will help us serve our customers more professionally and efficiently.
The regular working hours for Prada's Professional Cleaning Services is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. In order to allow the crew sufficient time to complete their work by 4:00 pm., the latest time a cleaning schedule will be scheduled is at 1:30 pm.
I will be available to answer telephone calls between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 p.m. I can be contacted at 626-484-2292 (Monday - Saturday). You may text or email me at your convenience, and I will respond as soon as I am available.

In order to accommodate holiday schedules, I will be contacting you to discuss your holiday plans. Changes and cancellations during this week need to be made two weeks in advance as this will assist in my scheduling to ensure that my staff is employed during holiday periods.
In order to provide you with complete and satisfactory service, it is requested that pick-ups and wash-ups be limited to a minimum. The cleaning crew is willing to pick up a small quantity of shoes or toys or wash up breakfast dishes. However, if there is a lot of stuff to be picked up or washed up, I will be notified by my staff of this situation. I will contact you and negotiate how you wish to deal with this. If you request that my staff clean up the area, I will inform you of the extra cost.
The schedule has been set up for the crew to clean your house every other week on the same negotiated day and at the negotiated same time. If a particular scheduled day or time is inconvenient to you, the cleaning crew will be available on the next negotiated assigned day and time.
Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to assign an on-call service. This will need to be scheduled with prior advanced notice. However, please note that there will be a charge for this extra service, and your cleaning schedule will continue to remain on the same negotiated time and same negotiated day as before. Your every other week schedule will not start again from your on-call service date, but from the negotiated day and time from before as regularly scheduled.
A cancellation policy was created a few months ago to ensure that my employees were assured of steady employment. So far, this policy has worked well in making sure that they have a regular paycheck, and I have concluded that this is a fair policy.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours' notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners.
The fee for cancellation will be applied in the following manner:
For your protection and the protection of my employees, it is requested that all valuable items be locked up, stored, and secured. This will reduce uncomfortable situations and conversations between customers and myself as well as between my employees and I. The reason for this request is because it has been my experience that often valuables that are reported missing by customers are often found because they were initially misplaced. Whenever you have a missing item, please don’t hesitate to ask me or my girls if we have seen it, as we are always available to help you find your belongings.
